Our Facilities
Since 1928, we have maintained the latest state-of-the-art processing equipment, and combined with a dedicated staff with an average of 20 years, consistently deliver the high quality service you deserve.

Additionally, our leadership role in the uniform industry ensures that you are working with a company dedicated to the highest standards. We are a founding member of Uniform Supply Alliance (USA), a group of independent companies who are allied to provide service to national accounts. We are also founding members of the Uniform and Textile Service Association (USTA), as well as a stakeholder in the Pittsburgh Region Clean Cities. Other memberships include the Small Manufacturers Council and Unilink (a national buying group). Our strong network in associations allows us the ability to offer you the most competitive pricing structure with a "hometown" attention to detail.

Customer Needs
We have the most modern computerized data system in place. Our customer service department will address all your inquiries immediately or respond within two hours, guaranteed. All customer calls are tracked and resolved immediately, and a follow-up phone call ensures customer satisfaction. Local and toll-free numbers are posted at each customer location so that all your employees have direct access to our Service Department. In addition, each uniform wearer at your business is also given the opportunity to convey opinions about our service and quality directly to our President through bi-monthly postage-paid survey cards. Unlike many national companies who are concerned with satisfying stockholders' return on investment, we are concerned with satisfying our "stockholders" - our customers!
Advanced Cleaning Technology
We are continuously updating equipment with the latest technology. A computerized control system guarantees the consistency of processing, and numerous inspection stations review each garment to ensure quality control. Sophisticated conveyor systems aid in getting all your garments to your employees week after week.
Image Enhancement
An on-staff design consultant can enhance your existing company logo or design a multi-color logo to increase your company awareness. Consistency in quality and long-term durability is maintained with our computerized system in place.
Service Committment
Once you have decided to improve your company image with uniforms, our responsibility begins and is maintained with a solid core of service personnel, averaging over 20 years. Your routeman is your frontline contact on a weekly basis and is authorized to maintain your image. The Director of Distribution and his team of service managers make regular visits to your company, go "toe-to-toe" with your uniform wearers to see how we are doing and make all necessary improvements. We also enlist the services of an independent evaluation firm to perform customer surveys at specific intervals. The information gathered is used to increase customer satisfaction. With these procedures and policies in place, we are serving your uniform program with the "Iron-Clad guarantee" that requires little or no involvement on your part.
"We have been receiving excellent service from your company for two decades. Anytime that an employee tears his uniform or loses a button, it is repaired or replaced the following week. When a new employee needs to be fitted for uniforms, your service manager is here immediately to measure the new employee."
-- John Seliga, Louis Long Lumber Company
"Unfortunately we chose a uniform company that was a large firm and nationally known. After many months of unkept promises, poor service and uniforms returned still dirty, their contract finally ran out. I wish we had known about you when we made the decision to begin a uniform program."
-- Michael P. Schneider, Schneider Heating
